In this position, you will be asked to bring in the best industry practices for project management and assess the current production management at Company. Participation in the client meetings and the team meetings to ensure the high quality service delivered to the client by design specification reviews and technical documentation reviews.

The following essential duties and responsibilities for this position include:

1. Project planning for the development, design, for client engagement from initial phase through implementation.

2. Ensure project procedure or coding standards are implemented and followed in all projects developed by company.

3. Monitoring and controlling during the project life cycle

4. Co-ordination with the development and the software testing team to ensure that the test plans are prepared and implemented during the development process.

5. Liaise with project stake holders on an ongoing basis.

6. Determine and assess the need for additional resources and being a part of the talent acquisition team during the project cycle.

7. Implementation of standards and continual improvement activities.

1. Long experience in using Windows Mobile Internals.

3. Person has worked on REAL projects that involve network programming Radio Interface Layer (RIL), NDIS and COM.

Required Experience:

1. 8+ years experience and handling the team
2. Demonstrated experience is personnel management
3. Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
4. Exceptional analytic and problem solving skills.
5. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environment
6. Persuasive and motivating
