Having work experience of 2-3yrs.

Candidate Profile
Handling phone, messages and appointments of MD.
Managing office activities in absence of the MD.
Arranging & managing tour programs of MD.
Segregate work to different depts. Have a record kept and regular or day to day follow-up of the same.
Handling & corresponding emails.
Co-ordination with Managers and other staff members on behalf of the MD under his necessary instructions.
Handling part of Administration and House keeping
carrying out background research and presenting findings;
producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
