| Job Description 3 - 5 years experience using Star CD, STAR CCM+, Hypermesh
Design verification using Computational Fluid dynamics, design optimization
Preferable experience in automotive/ aerospace or other machinery design domain
Performing CFD analysis of Exhaust systems using STARCD and STAR CCM+
Developing/ implementing standard CFD modeling methods for Exhaust system applications like Converters, SCRs, DPF etc
Generate product development reports from CFD analysis results
Suggest Design changes to optimize exhaust system designs from Fluid dynamic perspective.
Preparation of analysis summary for technical review meetings with the customer (OEMS)
Validating CFD results with test data.
Interact with application engineering, design, customer teams for inputs and deliverables
Should be able to meet customer requirement of quality and delivery metrics
Should be able to prepare a timing plan and manage a project
Train others in the full use of CFD applications/ techniques
Should be good in analysis of CFD results and data
Other requirements:
Good spoken and written communication a must

Proficiency with MS Office and programming languages like Fortran, C
Capable of traveling to assigned project site locations
