. NET Architect/ Technical Lead -. The technical lead will need to work very closely with the client*s architects. We are looking for a very strong technical resource that can lead the technical aspects of the large complex projects, manage a small team of developers and interface with the client*s architects. This is a hands-on development position.
Responsibilities:
Work with client Architect to design the application. Work with BA/ QA Analyst and business users to understand requirements. Understand business requirements and develop a level of work effort estimates. Work with Project Manager to help schedule and track support & development tasks. Develop, test and implement code. Lead, mentor and manage team members. Work with end users during User Acceptance Testing. Maintain and support the application.
Required Skills:
8 years of full life-cycle and iterative development. 4 years experience developing with C# and the. NET Framework, Proven technical experience * experienced architecting and developing complex applications using Microsoft*s. NET framework. Thorough knowledge of. NET Windows Forms, ASP. NET-based Web Services and ADO. NET. Experience building ASP. NET Web Applications. Very strong SQL Server 2000 & 2005 development skills. Ability to interact and work well with peers, business users and all levels of management. Successful track record in leading small development teams. Customer and goal focused * Ability to set client expectations. Very strong organizational, task management, and prioritization skills, along with the ability to display strong sense of urgency.
