| Candidate Profile One of electronic design company wants us to identify 2 potential software
engineers and 2 potential hardware engineers as soon as possible as they are
currently bidding for few design projects.
Here are the requirements on these 2 positions:
Software Engineer
1. Vast knowledge in electronics and good programming skill in high
level & low-level language. 5+ years of experience
2. Knowledge in microcontroller/ microprocessor architecture.
3. Strong C/ C++/ assembly language coding and debugging skills and
familiar with variety of embedded tools, operating systems and protocols.
4. Experience in produce quality software documentation, including
requirements specifications, design documents and unit test plans.
5. Knowledge and experience in CPLD, FPGA, DSP processor, ARM
processor, BIOS and embedded RTOS environment using Linux, etc will be an
advantage.
6. Strong analytical skills to research technical issues and generate
creative/ innovative solutions with the ability to work independently.
7. A good team player with positive attitude.
Hardware Design Engineer
1. Vast knowledge in electronics as well as some software knowledge. 5+
years of experience
2. Knowledge in power management, communication design, high-speed
design, mix-signal design, cost effective design and embedded system design.
3. Knowledge and experience in DSP processor, ARM processor, and
embedded processor will be an advantage.
4. Experience in PCB layout.
5. Experience in product transfer and manufacturing activities.
6. Experience in produce quality hardware documentation, including
requirements specifications, design documents and unit test plans.
7. Good troubleshooting techniques to research technical issues and
generate creative/ innovative solutions with the ability to work
independently.
8. Positive attitude & good team player.
