Very good knowledge on resourcing using different tools.
Good in maintaining HR MIS.
Knowledge on MS Office, Outlook & Internet.
Grievance Handling.
Salary, Leave & other benifites.
Monitoring & Implementing policy.
Arranging small events as per branch requirement.
Co-ordinating and facilitating all branch head in their HR requirement.
General Administration which includes.
* Attendance & Timing.
* Bank Accounts opening.
* Dealing with employee & other insurance.
* Staff ID cards & Uniforms.
* Security Staff and their reporting.
* Renewal & AMC UPS, Xerox machine.
* Canteen.
