To analyse and capture requirements in support of Product Life cycle projects, Business Transformation Programmes and Process Improvement
To support changes to Product Information resulting from New Product Development, In-Life changes and Product End-of-Life. Ensure changes are reflected in systems and feedback is provided to internal customers in an accurate and timely manner (as per pre-defined quality standards).
To apply expertise and provide advise ensuring alignment of Product Information across Processes and Systems from Opportunity to Cash
To support internal and external audit procedures assuring the reconciliation of reference data with systems
Assure compliance of product related data in COLTs IT systems with the COLT product tree and the approved product configurations. This work will incorporate the function of initiating change requests for product related data in COLTs IT systems, approving all changes and resolution of any issues associated with change requests
Applying due diligence to ensure data integrity, assuring system implemented data is cross-checked against the BRDs, Change Requests etc. Investigation, perseverance and resolution of discrepancies, involving discussions with Product Management, Project Managers, local Marketing, Engineering and other functions.
Work with the main contacts in other functional areas on the definition of product related workflows and compliance with best practice processes and procedures.
Drive or support the development of a Product Reference databases and supporting processes and templates to comply with best practice processes and procedures, including maintaining version control of all change requests
Ensure product change request templates are complete and accurate
Manage change control for the product templates upon which IT and PP&I development specialists

Advanced level of Excel & Access
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
2 - 6 Years in IT/ Telecommunications industry
Experience to analyse product related information in depth. This includes product information in IT systems as well as in Marketing documentation
Ability to transform high level product information into IT relevant content
Experience in creating and establishing processes and procedures
