DIMENSIONS/ SCOPE

1. Annual turnover or/ and budget responsibility -

2. Number of employees under his/ her responsibility - Initially 5-6

3. Decision making authority: - Selection of products, Vendors

- Decisions based on Project need for course correction within the set commercial parameters.

4. Long term responsibility: - To develop a team for Projects Business

5. Key responsibility that will differentiate this position from the immediate position below him:

+ Decision making and Client Interaction
+ Responsibility for the profitability

PROFILE REQUIRED

1. Required skills & knowledge for the position:

+ Sound knowledge in integration of different MV/ LV/ protection products
+ Good communication skill
+ Able to do planning
+ Familiar with the Techno - commercial aspects of Projects Business

2. Required Educational Background & Professional Experience

+ Degree in Electrical Engineering
+ 8 - 12 years relevant experience
