| Job Description Position: Tele-sales executive (TSE) (Male or Female) - 40
Pre-Requisite: Graduate, Average communication in English and good at Hindi
Net Salary: Rs. 7000 - 8000(fixed) + Incentives
Incentives: No maximum cap on per month incentives. A TSE can earn from Rs. 2000 to Rs. 40000 per month.
Location: KHANDSA, GURGAON
(Cab will be provided throughout NCR)
Documents to be carried at the times of the interview: ( All documents necessary)
1. Resume
2. Two passport size photographs
3. SSC marksheet and a photocopy of the same
4. HSC marksheet and a photocopy of the same
5. Graduation certification or Final year marksheet and a photocopy of the same (In case of candidates other than Mumbai University, all three years marksheets required)
6. Birth proof: Birth certificate or School leaving certificate or HSC marksheet
7. Photo id proof: Driving license/ PAN card/ passport/ Election photo id/ Banker verification (with photograph stamped by the bank and account no and account opening date mentioned in the letter)
Levels of Interview:
1. Sales Interview: This is the first interview done at our sales office where either single or two rounds will be taken on a case to case basis by any of the sales managers.
2. HR Interview: This is the final round done by the HR over the phone either on the same day or following working day after submission of all documents |
