Manage the calendars, diaries, contacts etc for the Directors
Handle all correspondence through emails, letters etc in a proactive, prompt and efficient manner. Social etiquette and standard of response.
Cultivate long term relationship & networks with others to obtain information as required by the department provides support to the by providing information as and when required, escalates issues when not resolved at his/ her level, maintain customer contact for follow ups.
Promptness in answering all telephone calls without a prolonged waiting time. Transfer/ route calls in appropriate and prompt manner.
Ability to plan and organize ones activities on a daily basis in order to finish tasks within the deadline.
Filing of documents, retrieval, updation etc
Understanding of the need to obtain additional information and ability to identify appropriate sources to obtain the information. Possesses adequate analytical skills to differentiate between relevant and irrelevant information.
Assisting in data gathering through internet researches
Liaising with members of staff in other departments or external contacts
Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies
Take of care of personal work of the two Managing Partners
Follow ups, ensuring/ completing/ finishing/ maintaining database/ data retrieval/ creation of workflow processes.
Responsible for any macro level interactions with CIS/ corporate accounts etc
Bank work for one of the companies etc
Responsible for making travel & stay arrangements for any of the employees of the division (both domestic & international)
