Essential Requirements:
You will have to work on ASP. NET, C#, SQL 2000/ 2005/ 2008, HTML, CSS, MS Access, Javascript, Visual Studio, AJAX
You should have hands-on experience in coding, testing and documentation.
Minimum 1 year experience

General Expectations:
Knowledge of database design/ development, windows and web application design/ development and 3 tier architecture is important
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Problem solver (you use analytical thinking to solve problems quickly)

Knowledge of VB. NET/ XML/ Mobile Programming/ Web Services
Project management skills(should be a self starter and independent enough to produce results without requiring constant supervision)
