3. Design and documentation of the appropriate SharePoint solution based on information architecture, taxonomy analysis and the customers functional and non-functional requirements
4. A working (analysts) knowledge of Microsofts current Office SharePoint Server 2007 platform and supporting technologies including:
SQL Server 2000/ 2005

Microsoft Office desktop application integration with SharePoint
Project Server integration
Windows Workflow Foundation
Windows networking principles

5. The ability to produce appropriate requirements and design documentation for Microsoft ECM/ EDRM projects
6. Good experience of using SharePoint Designer
7. Significant MOSS 2007 experience across team sites, web sites, workflow and infopath
8. Strong ability to work quickly and develop within an iterative/ prototyping environment
9. Excellent Client facing abilities, behaviors, ability to work effectively on your own or in a team.
10. Back-up and Restore process of MOSS application.
11. Use of SharePoint Designer 2007, Shared Service Provider, SharePoint Object model and Business Data Catalog
12. Develop custom web parts in Microsoft Office SharePoint Services using ASP. NET.
