A Floor Manager shall be in charge of the sales performance of an entire dept or Floor of the Store. He/ She shall have to monitor, guide, supervise the salespeople in her dept. Her Broad responsibilities shall be as follows:-

- To Receive the customers who visit the dept and enquire about their requirements
- To assign the right salespeople to the customers and brief the salesperson on the customers reqt
- To advice the sales person regarding the products to be shown to the customer
- To ensure absolute customer satisfaction and service for every customer.

Male or Female with a minimum of 7-10 years experience as a sales supervisor or senior sales person in a retail store Ideally with a complete knowledge of silks and other fabrics
