| Job Description Provide assistance and support to the operation manager in
- Recruitment : Search for new candidates, creation of Job posts, animation of web/ forums, participation to the 1st HR round, development and animation of a rich candidate database.
- Human Resources : Follow up of HR processes, animation of the HR and team meetings, creation of new HR/ administrative documents
- Accountancy and secretary : Assistance in the management of the office, help in the general purchasing, answering to the phone, help in the accountancy if needed (invoice printings, bills updated, salary slips follow up... ) |
| Candidate Profile -Strong knowledge in pack office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
