VoIP Engineer:
- Control the flow of calls through Solaris/ Linux based softswitch by routing calls to appropriate gateways
- 1 yrs experience in VOIP SIP/ H323 protocols
- Working with international client/ vendor
- Troubleshooting by means of SIP and H323 Signaling Messages
- Monitoring all backbone links and network devices.
- Operating the Soft switch to maintain Tariffs, Rates Updates, LCR, ASR and ACD of the Vendors and the Clients connected to us around the world for the VoIP service

Skills Required:
- Very sound Linux/ Unix background
- Basic VoIP understandings
- Very good command over English
- High Command on Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
- Strong in Managing & prioritizing task list

VoIP Parameters:
- Understating of VoIP Signalling protocols like SIP, H323.
- Media transmission protocols like RTP, RTCP, Compressed RTP.
- VoIP switch CDR streaming on RSM Console.
- Configuration & implementation of soft switch.
