Job Scope
Reports to the Area Manager Operations in head office, regional office.
Responsible for the overall car park operations allocated to him.
Responsible for ensuring car parks are operated in accordance to LOP standard.
Responsible for cash handling and deposit in Bank.
To coordinate and control information, documents flow between car parks and head office.
To keep abreast of the functionality of car park equipment installed at car parks.
To establish and maintain quality staff and ensure car park staff are properly trained and adequately aware of their responsibilities.
Candidate Profile
Pre-requisite
The right candidates must be an all rounded performance person possess high level of integrity and good work ethics and highly committed to achieve results in Quality Management System (QMS) working environment.
Requirements
Graduation in any related field.
Minimum 5 years of experiences in operations management of Hospitality, Facility, Service industry.
Must have the capability of supervising, monitoring and motivating a team of operations personnel.
Good auditing skill and adequate operational knowledge.
Good communication skills in English language both oral and written.
Proficient in Microsoft office application.
Willing to work on Saturday, Sunday and public holiday and long hours.
