Manage multiple projects both on ERP and non-ERP fronts.
Would be involved in End-to-End project management
Need to focus on Risk management
Work with Delivery and Relationship teams to develop project proposals
Mentor aspiring project managers and snr developers in project management
Be involved in initiatives to promote project management.
Might need to travel to various locations within India - few days a month.

Should have handled multiple projects
Well versed with all project management activities - Scheduling, Project Planning, Risk management, Communication
Expert Knowledge of Scheduling tools - MS Project, openproject etc
Resource Management
Very good communication skills
Should have PMP certification.
Should be able to mentor juniors
Desirable if the person has worked under a captive IT setup (manufacturing ideal but others are ok).
