| Job Description This role will be responsible for driving the end to end innovation process for the category, managing and leading brand innovation projects from concept development to market launch by working effectively with a broad cross functional team
Key accountabilities are:
a) Lead the concept development process and create projects for mid to long term through the IPM process and ensure delivery on time and as per volume plan.
b) Conduct market and feasibility studies for new products by working closely with Sales, Consumer Insights, Science & Technology (S&T).
c) Develop unique consumer insights for brand development by working closely with Consumer Insights.
d) Day to day management of all brand innovation and business initiative projects
e) Strategically influence and network with the key stakeholders to build commitment for flawless execution of projects across regions.
f) Creating and executing Launch and Communication plans, co-ordinating with other departments on pre and post launch market support activities to ensure seamless launch of new products |
