Job Description

Provide administrative support to the organization.
Database maintenance and file updation.
Taking calls and fixing appointments for the Executive Director.
Support the team with logistics and coordination.
Vendor management (IT/ Telecom maintenance).
Housekeeping and maintenance of office infrastructure.
Oversee and manage support staff.

Candidate Profile

Must haves:

Graduate with minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
Experience of handling EPBAX and proficiency in computer application (MS Word, Excel ) LAN administration and virus updation.
Good communication (verbal and written), multitasking skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure, independent, mature and ready to tak initiative and proactive.

Preferable:

Certificate course in Computer/ IT.
Diploma in and office administration/ secretarial course.
Prior experience in customer service industry.
