Minimum Education - BTech,

Freshers should fulfill all skill & knowledge requirements
Willingness to travel occasionally

Panache for analyzing user behavior
Strong problem solving skills
Good understanding of data structures
Mastery of at least one object oriented language (C++, Java)
Knowledge of at least one scripting language (Shell, perl, etc)
Knowledge of MySQL, lucene, Javascript, Flash would be an added plus.
