Job Description: Handle Front desk, Complaint Register and ensuring the resolution of complaints by respective service personnel, Handle Customer queries and revert to the customer for the same. Follow up for inquiries, Complaints, Collections, etc.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience in service providers business will be preferred. However, non-industry candidates can be considered.
Qualifications: Graduate in any stream.
Other Criteria: Pleasing & presentable personality. Good communication skills. Knowledge of Computer is must Ms office (Excel, Word).
