Job Description:-

Achieve allocated business targets and achieve the recommended product mix
Understand and advising clients based on their needs and long term financial planning goals
Maintain proper records of client communication and advise given
Adhere to the laid down sales processes and guidelines
Generate new business via sales promotions, out-marketing calls and presentations
Participate actively in sales planning with the line manager to generate action plans for meeting targets
Ensure high level of customer service. Manage difficult customer situations
Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines and ensure minimal comments in sales process audits and other inspections
Keeping clients and self updated on market opportunities based on research recommendation and fund house interaction

Knowledge/ Skills/ Experience:-

Through understanding of Financial Markets (Stock/ Mutual Fund/ Life Insurance etc. ) along with excellent communication skills.
Graduate is a must
The candidate should have a minimum experience of 1 year + with a top distribution houses advising clients on investment opportunities in life Insurance
