B. Sc./ M. Sc. (Ag). Should be computer literate and ready to undertake long hours of telephonic conversation with customers, a well organised and focused customer friendly executives with good knowledge of cultural practices/ package of practices in vegetables and plantation crops. A pleasing personality with good communication skills with good knowledge of regional languages. Preferably a female candidate with or without experience but with lots of patience.
