| Job Description Main duties:
Network & Systems analysis, design, configuration and implementation.
Complete understanding of networking products.
Troubleshooting skills with LAN and WAN cabling, servers, printers and other peripherals.
Interaction with end users to provide technical support by telephone, email, remote server or on site.
Excellent record keeping of different projects.
Skills & Qualifications:
You will have a relevant IT degree with practical commercial experience using the following technologies amongst others:
Network administration of domain network with client terminals using Fibre Optic as back bone.
Configuring & Managing Active Directory, User Profiles, Right assignments, organisational units etc.
Managing servers of various makes.
Designing, implementing, testing and monitoring security configurations for protection of the network development.
Installation, configuration, Management and trouble shooting of LAN, WAN, Network devices (Switches, Servers, printers, PCs, cabling etc.
Installation and configuration of office applications and operating systems at the end user's systems.
Trouble shooting using remote server. |
