B. Sc./ M. Sc. (Ag) with around 5-8 years of experience in sales and marketing functions in seed industry preferably in vegetable seeds. MBA with specialization in Marketing will be an added advantage. The candidate should be strong in Planning, Sales and distribution (including revenue collection), Sales Management to achieve/ exceed targets, distributor/ dealer network development and keep field sales force motivated. Should be computer literate and ready to undertake extensive travelling.
