| Job Description We urgently require a qualified consultant to advise clients on solving network systems and problems:
Main duties:
Consult, advise and implement solutions for network systems and usage.
Provide support by email, telephone and remote servers, with occasional client visits to resolve difficult problems and with installation of both hardware and software if required.
Implement customer fault status updates and fault closures, as well as WAN/ LAN connectivity.
Skills & Qualifications:
Essential:
A relevant IT degree with practical commercial experience
Excellent english both written and oral.
Client facing skills.
Cisco certification
Windows NT to Windows XP Professional
Novell, Cisco.
Familiarity with various hardware platforms such as HP, Compaq, Acer, Dell etc
Backup, Norton Ghost, Norton Internet Security, Antivirus software, Office 2000, Citrix, WINS.
Excellent networking and problem solving skills.
Desirable:
Lotus notes
Knowledge of or experience with SAP would be useful. |
