| Job Description We require a Configuration Management Consultant to work on a variety of projects.
Consult and liaise with clients in varying fields of business
Creation, deployment and implementation of Configuration Management methodologies and processes for clients.
Implementation, deployment and support of IBM Rational Clearcase and Clearquest.
Implementation and support of Installshield Basic MSI based projects for clients.
Support and train clients (CM persons, software engineers, QA engineers and others).
Assist, support and guide ClearCase & ClearQuest administrators.
Develop Installshield Basic MSI based projects.
Deploy and set up automatic build systems.
Train and support developers of Installshield Basic MSI based projects.
Skills & Qualifications:
A relevant degree would be considered. However, most important is the Certified IBM Rational UCM Professional qualification, PLUS considerable previous experience in a similar role (NVQ Level 3 or above).
InstallShield 11. 5, MSI projects.
IBM Rational UCM.
ClearCase Meta-Data, ClearCase administration, ClearQuest administration.
Programming knowledge.
Personable appearance with excellent client facing skills, good English both written and oral and the ability to work on more than one project at a time.
