| Job Description Our client, based in London is currently seeking an experienced Helpdesk Manager. Ideally you would have been working in a Helpdesk Management role. You will have a relevant degree or 3 years experience at NVQ level 3.
The technical environment consists of the following: Windows 2000, Windows XP, Office 2003, Outlook, Netware, Symantec Ghost, and Sunrise. This role is a technically hands on. In order to be suitable you MUST have experience of working in a mixed MAC and Windows environment, on both the client and Server Side. In addition to this you will have proven experience of leading and managing a team of support engineers, but also with the ability to act in a support capacity when required.
