Job Description

- Business Development
- Getting new clients
- Communicating with clients
- Assessing their requirement
- Building a team based on the requirement
- working at short notice
- Giving feedback to the team and the client.
- Calling Germany, USA, UK, FRANCE, Rest of the world, India in order to promote our services by telecalling.
- Working on Client Relationship Management.
- Providing feedback to Operations manager for improvement & changes.
- Maintaining a database of prospect candidates.
- Making sure all Leads are dealt with properly, callbacks, making appointments, escalating calls etc.

Professional candidates who prove themselves in the first 3 months shall be made permanent.

Candidate Profile

An ideal candidate will be able to:
- Sell: will be able to convince prospect clients to avail our services in India and abroad by phone and email.
- Communicate well : Good enough at writing and speaking fluently in English, Hindi or any more languages known will be preferred.
- Prioritize tasks: can handle heavy workload and work in tight deadlines.
- Good timekeeping: Has good track record in attendance.
- IT kills: MS Office package, XP etc.
- Only fluent English speakers may apply.
