1. The person will be expected to provide a professional advice to potential candidates who requires assistance with completing and submitting immigration applications and assist students who seek to study abroad in Canada, USA, Australia and New Zealand.
2. To counsel students and professionals on overseas education and migration. Liaise with universities and governmental bodies abroad, visa processing for various countries.
3. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in working with people, be highly motivated, result oriented, self starter, able to work independently, flexible in work hours & timing and able to deliver the desired results.
Candidate Profile
A degree or postgraduate degree, preferably with experience of at least 1- 5 years in Immigration and student visa counseling,
Candidates with any major certifications like EATC for Australia Education System will be proffered or willing to take the Certification Tests on the Company expense.
Provide counseling service for potential Immigration candidates on student visa or immigration and other Visas, including establishing suitability of candidate.
Counseling will mainly be by email, telephone or in person.
Preparation of applications for student or immigration visas, document checking.
Compiling all the necessary Visa documents.
To provide regular follow up on enquiries received.
Pro-actively monitoring changes to immigration regulations. Briefing Study Overseas counseling staff in the office on changes to immigration regulations.
Assisting with the immigration related content and distribution of the monthly newsletter that is sent to Study Overseas alumni students.
Assist EEAISs USA, Canada and India offices
Prepare marketing and advertising campaigns, organizing seminars and Business Development.
Any other relevant duty as assigned by the Manager or Immigration Consultant to assist with the smooth running of the Company.
