| Job Description Responsible for handling customer inquires via our customer relations management application
Clearly documenting customer issues
Developing and maintaining positive customer relations via in-game chat and through e-mail
Organizing and executing in-game events with appropriate documentation
Monitoring game servers to ensure stability and fair game play
Communicating with Lead GEP to evaluate in-game community satisfaction and customer support issues
Keeping abreast of community pulse and making design and marketing recommendations to drive revenue based on observations
Representing from company to the game communities
Executing and documenting scripted in-game events
Resolving customer issues in a timely, fun, and professional manner
Being self managed and completing additional projects as assigned |
| Candidate Profile At least 1 year experience in a customer service role.
A desire to provide excellent customer service
Solid understanding of video games and issues idiosyncratic to the gaming industry
