Job Description

Job Duties:

Support and coordinate all property flows and communication flows including documentation, shipping invoice, and interaction with relevant parties
Quality check documents against piece counts
Make sure that payments for all property exported for sale is received and sent out to the buyer
Raising commercial/ proforma invoices for shipping purposes, and getting waivers from the bank for export of paintings for sales before export
Book keeping
Making sure all tax payments are up-to-date
Support all other logistics functional areas and other duties as directed by management.
Requirements:

A recognized university degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Logistics Management
A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Bookkeeping/ Accounts
Computer skills (MS Office; email, MS Word, Excel)
Strong communication skills
Excellent time management ability and strong organizational skills
Attention to detail, proactive and service-oriented
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Hindi
