Job Description

Provide leadership and coordination of International Human Resource functions. Develop and implement International Human Resource strategy and programs, in consultation and aligned to Company Corporate HR Guidelines.

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE
1. Experience in strategic planning and execution.
2. Have handled assignments needing contracting, negotiating, and change management.
3. Knowledge of International and local employment, wage and salary laws and regulations.
4. Ability to interpret and advice on Business Units on HR Strategic issues.
5. Ability to analyze and assess training and development needs to specific business needs
6. Knowledge of organizational development theory and practices.
7. Experience in design, development and implementation of salary administration plans and benefit programs.
8. Ability to negotiate and manage collective bargaining agreements and alternative dispute resolution processes.
9. Experience in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
10. High level of competence in professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
11. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several entities.
12. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
13. Strong managerial skills and the ability to influence and affect change in a professional manner. Able to represent the company at all times in a positive and professional manner to enhance the company's image with employees, leadership and the public
14. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as necessary based on the needs of the organization. Approximately 25% travel required.

Candidate Profile

1. In charge of Overall HR Policies and Programs to attract, retain and develop talents for Business in the relevant region..
2. Oversee compensation programs to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels.
3. Oversee the design and development of compensation strategy and programs in respective regions.
4. Direct the administration of benefit programs to include: health, death, disability, insurance and unemployment, pensions in line with statutory regulations of the respective region.
5. Periodically evaluate and recommend improvements to benefit programs.
6. Coordinate the administration and negotiation of vendor and client contracts.
7. Develop and coordinate grievances and mediate workplace disputes.
8. Evaluate procedures and technology solutions to improve human resources data management.
9. Recommend, review and maintain an organizational structure and staffing levels to accomplish company goals and objectives.
10. Evaluate company culture and provide recommendations on changes to accomplish company goals and objectives.
11. Evaluate and recommend human resource outsourcing opportunities and identify potential vendors.
12. Develop and manage annual budgets for the division and perform periodic cost and productivity analyses.
13. Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and Standard Operating procedures.
14. Play the role of a Strategic Advisor on HR Matters to the BU operating in the regions
