Candidate Profile
1. In charge of Overall HR Policies and Programs to attract, retain and develop talents for Business in the relevant region..
2. Oversee compensation programs to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels.
3. Oversee the design and development of compensation strategy and programs in respective regions.
4. Direct the administration of benefit programs to include: health, death, disability, insurance and unemployment, pensions in line with statutory regulations of the respective region.
5. Periodically evaluate and recommend improvements to benefit programs.
6. Coordinate the administration and negotiation of vendor and client contracts.
7. Develop and coordinate grievances and mediate workplace disputes.
8. Evaluate procedures and technology solutions to improve human resources data management.
9. Recommend, review and maintain an organizational structure and staffing levels to accomplish company goals and objectives.
10. Evaluate company culture and provide recommendations on changes to accomplish company goals and objectives.
11. Evaluate and recommend human resource outsourcing opportunities and identify potential vendors.
12. Develop and manage annual budgets for the division and perform periodic cost and productivity analyses.
13. Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and Standard Operating procedures.
14. Play the role of a Strategic Advisor on HR Matters to the BU operating in the regions
