Implementing and managing specific ERP related projects.
Reviewing, analyzing and implementing approved System Change Requests to the ERP LN system
Administering system backups and cloning; printers and system devices
Provide an IS Help Desk function for ERP LN related user requests
Updating of Service Packs and Porting Sets
Creating and Managing User Authorizations and Roles
Defining Backup policies for Data, Optimization of Server
Optimization of ERP Tools Scripts
Deletion and Archiving of History, Log Files.
Experience in managing the database including Table spaces, Data and Index Files
Import and dump information into the ERP LN system through ERP LN exchange schemes/ GTM
Ensuring best practices and standards are employed and keep system related procedures current
Creating, dumping and importing ERP LN companies as necessary
Apply and coordinate testing of ERP LN service packs and porting sets
Advise management on ERP LN system related issues
Advising users on basic ERP LN functional matters
Assist with preparing system dates and month end processing |
