Project Lead Networking

Position:
Network Engineers : 1 to 2 yrs exp with CCNA
Project Leaders : 2+yrs exp
Team Leaders : 3to 5 yrs exp
Experience : relevant hands on in Networking, Security and IT Infrastructure
Qualification: Any Degree/ CCNA must

Job Description:

System
Should be good in Windows (ADS, DHCP, DNS, proxy, Exchange, Etc).
Knowledge in Linux would be an added advantage.

Networking
Should be good in Switching, LAN security, Routing,
Good in WAN Security basic Firewall configuration would be added advantage.
Should be good in innovatively using Wan Monitoring tools, good trouble
shooting skills
Should have experience in maintaining medium and large networks.
Should have self learning ability and eagerness to learn up coming cutting edge technologies.
Should be interested in network design, develop excellent product knowledge and assist the reporting manager in day-to-day duties

Switching
Should be good in LAN trouble shooting and maintenance
Should have hands on experience in handling 500, 2900, 3500, 3700, 4500, series switches.
Should be good in SNMP, Port Mirroring, VLAN, Inter VALN Routing, Port aggregation, Port Monitoring etc
Should be good in LAN performance monitoring and monitoring tools

Routing
Should be good in Configuring BRI, RRI, MPLS, P2P, and IPLC WAN circuits at customer end.
Should have hands on experience in 800, 1800, 2800, 3800, Series routers
Should be good in Dynamic and Static routing, NAT, PAT, OSPF, BGRP and auto
failover
Should be good in using tools such as Sniffer, Solar Winds, IRIS, Retinna, Whats up gold MRTG etc.
Should be excellent in subnetting networks.

Security
Should be good in basic Firewall configuration
Should be good in installing Anti Virus Gateways regular updates.
Should have Hands on Exp. PIX 500, 515E, would be added advantage

General
Should be able to understand companies focus, views and goals
Good communication Oral and written & Capability.
Should be process oriented and cost conscious.
Should be a fast learner of new and up coming technologies
Should be growth oriented
Should be excellent in project Management and customer relationship
Should be good in leasing Network Engineers and Trainees
Should be good in understanding customer current and on coming requirements
Should be innovative in creating new delivery models for maintenance projects
