| Job Description 1. Capacity to aggressively market in bulk to Modern Organized Retail ( Reliance Fresh, Food Bazaar, Subhiksha, etc ), Institutions, Corporates, Government Department, etc. i. e. Except Channel Sales.
2. To achieve sales targets and other objectives as required by the company for the area allotted in the Modern Trade and Institutional segments
3. Responsible for driving business growth along with other critical business parameters for the entire region
4. Handling Institutional and Modern Trade Sales
5. Should conduct business ethically with utmost sincerity, keeping business deals confidential. Should generate trust and goodwill among buyers
6. Achieving Business plans, Primary, Secondary sales objective in line with business strategy for all brands and brand extensions in the assigned category.
7. Develop and share MIS for understanding the Market & for effective functioning of the Area |
| Candidate Profile 1 ) MBA Marketing or Minimum Graduate
2 ) Below 30 years
3 ) Have Good Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills.
4 ) Capable of meticulous planning and traveling.
5 ) Conduct business ethically & with utmost sincerity, keeping business deals confidential. Should generate trust and goodwill among buyers.
6 ) Have knowledge in Institutional Sales and handled Modern Trade.
7 ) Having experience of 2-4 years in servicing Key Accounts & Retail Chains |
