The accounting part would include:
Routine accounting
Consolidating debit notes
Preparing monthly statement of expenses and of income earned/ generated
Preparing monthly budgets
Follow up with direct clients whose payments are pending
Giving advice on accounting/ expenditure and other sundry issues.
The stenographic work would include:
Taking down dictations of letters, emails, pleadings (legal work)
Issuing replies upon instruction |
