Job Description:
Assist the Managing Partner in his day to day work and client interaction
Raising the invoices and Billing the clients
Manage paperwork
Draft all letters standard and situation specific
Scheduling of appointments, meetings
Doing all other secretarial jobs as per the need/ requirement
Candidate Profile
Skill set required:
at least 2 years of relevant experience
Good Short hand speed
Good typing speed
Computer and Internet friendly ( MS Office)
Flexible with work timings( as the incumbent will be required to assist the managing partner on his client meetings)
Communication skills is a must
Must be a self-starter and independently be self motivated to reach objectives
