~ Excellent written and oral communication skills
~ Listening to calls and improving on the same
~ Ensure adherence to quality norms as per client specification
~ Maintain & monitor quality standards of the team
~ Monitor team performance, productivity and service levels
~ Coach team members in the areas where they need improvement
~ Monitor the daily Task Sheet to ensure efficient project management
~ Initiate and implement new initiatives to improve the overall performance
~ Flexible working in shift
