| Job Description The incumbent will be responsible for taking care of the IR issues related to Contract Labour & Various settlement such as Bonus, Wages, and employment of labour
Ensuring that all statutory obligations relating to the personnel functions are met and maintained.
Handling entire gamut of Personnel Management and salary admin.
Labor Management in the factory
Disciplinary proceedings
Maintenance of records and compliance under various statutory agencies such as factory Insp., labour office, ESI, PF, labour Welfare etc.
Handling labour Contractors and co-ordinating for organizing manpower requirements |
