| Job Description 1. Responsible for General office administration (includes Office Upkeep, Housekeeping, Courier Dispatch, Stationary Management, food and beverages) Front Desk Administration, Arrange for Tours and Travel if any.
2. Responsible for Vendor Management - Identification of dependable, SLA driven, cost effective vendors for various services, maintaining of roster for alternate vendors, and vendor accounts
3. Procurement of non-IT assets, negotiate best terms and conditions, taking care of installation, AMC, custody, control, and security.
4. Exposure to fixed assets insurance coverage & Monthly return and payments with relates with ESI and PT, and other labor related issues
5. KEB norms on using Genset and monthly returns to KEB
6. Procedure and rules for setting up of in house canteen
7. Event Management for Parties, Conferences, training program & induction venues within the entire organization. Making all the logistic arrangements of venue/ catering/ decor.
8. Process all payments related to telecommunication, electricity and courier payments after due diligence for the Corporate & branch offices.
9. Prepare Month end Report of admin related provisions. Regularly update and maintain the Fixed Asset Register. Maintain the admin pay register for all payments. |
