Job Description

Designation: Facilities Manager

BU/ Function: Infrastructure & Network Management (INM)

Location: 1) Ahmedabad- For covering entire Gujrat Region

2) Chennai-For covering Tamilnadu & Kerala Region

3) Bangalore- For covering Karnataka & Andhra Region

Qualification & Experience: The candidate should be Graduate with 5-6 years experience in handling facility management.

Reporting to: Vice President- INM (West & South)

Job Description:

Provide INM management support, service and expertise to Yes Bank branches & ATMs in the region.

Manage the ongoing, day-to-day facility activities to ensure that agreed upon service levels are met by managing the regular activity of site services suppliers. This ongoing support includes managing, implementing, and monitoring facilities, safety, reception, mail and courier services, waste management etc.

Ensure that INM is in compliance with all statutory and reporting regulations, policies and controls.

Participate in the local vendor sourcing process; negotiate local vendor contracts, develop service transition plans, and manage the implications of operational changes. Maintain and appropriate and consistent level of vendor management.

Deliver "world class" service to the INM customer base; deliver service, and monitor performance in a consistent manner with standards and processes.

Prepare various periodic INM status reports that measure progress against agreed upon initiatives, benefits, issues resolution and service levels.

Supervises and coordinates all maintenance service and repairs pertaining to building and related equipment.

Providing local support to Real Estate & Project Functions for related matter for the Branches and ATM in the region.

Preference:-

He should be from a Financial/ Banking/ Hospitality/ Retail industry who has handled facilities at multiple locations.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candiditate will be a graduate with 4 8 years of relevant experience in managing Administration activities of a multi location office. Should have a flair for growth and excellent negotiating skills.
