1. Masters or PhD in Engineering or related field
2. 8 years relative engineering experience
3. Demonstrated expertise in specified area of interest with the ability to develop engineering specifications
for major sub-systems/ sub-assemblies, written reports on technologies, and other product design recommendations
4. Demonstrated experience on global product releases throughout the entire NPI cycle
5. In-depth working knowledge of patient/ customer product-related clinical applications and
scientific/ engineering methods/ theory with an affinity for technology and clinical solutions
6. Prior experience in the Medical IT industry and commercial applications. *Energized, passionate

8. Experience deep diving into complex issues, providing engineering level support and

9. Experience in Test Driven development and junit.
