1. Should have executed 1 or 2 projects as a Team Leader.
2. Experience in package implementation. Should have implemented at least 1 or 2 projects, each project should have been lasted for at least 6 months.
3. Awareness of Software development life cycle will be an added advantage.
4. Good communication skills.
5. Should have team motivating skills.
6. Should have total of 4 years experience with minimum 2 years of experience in VB/ ASP, SQL Server/ Oracle and Crystal Reports and 2 years experience on. net windows/ web technologies.
7. Experience on ERP/ CRM projects will be an added advantage.
8. Should be a BE/ Msc IT/ MCA/ B-tech.
