1. Total IT Experience: around 6 years
2. At least 4 years of. NET experience
3. Must have extensively worked on. net framework 2. 0 or higher
4. Architecture experience is a plus, transactional programming; Must be hands-on and very strong in all tiers of application development; Must pay attention to detail
5. Ability to mentor developers and build reusable components
6. Object oriented experience with concentration in. NET and C#. ASP. NET, ADO. NET, Third party components, XML, XSLT, Visual Studio. NET, Version Control
7. Strong relational database development experience (SQL Server);
8. IIS experience is required
9. Good understanding of design patterns and SOA (Service Oriented Architectures)
10. Experience with Web Services,. NET Remoting and SOAP.
