Job Description

We are Resource, Placement Engineering/ Staff Augmentation Consultants specializing in head hunting and placement for middle/ senior level positions for our clients in various companies, both in IT and Non IT industries.
Our client is one of the renowned supply chain management company who is into channel sales of IT software solution products. It is headquartered at Singapore, having nearly 40 branches all over India.
Job Description:
Position : Software sales
Roles & Responsibilities
Should be responsible for Sales of world leading Web Application Servers (like Websphere), Groupware (like Lotus), Security/ Network/ Systems/ Database management, other software products through channels in a particular territory
Should have achieved sales targets for each product category within the territory
Should be able to cultivate new sales channels as well as management and support of existing channels including driving targeted results with each individual channel partner
Should be strong in Pre and post-sales support to end customers and sales channels 5. Interaction with Corporate as well as principal firms operating within the territory
Should be good in Coordination of training and technical support services to end customers and sales channels
Should have a Strong sales presentation skills.
Should have a Comprehensive knowledge of the IT Software industry including
Sales channels and competitors and technical knowledge of products.
Should have a Strong understanding of Internet/ Groupware/ Network/ Security/ Database Management products.
Should have a demonstrated ability to negotiate, especially with regard to constructively managing channel conflicts.
Should have an Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal English.
Should be able to travel out of area residence

Candidate Profile

Experience: 2 - 5 years in IT sales through channels including minimum of at least 1 year in IT software solution.
Qualification: Any graduate.
