Provide leadership for testing practice building and delivery functions
Responsible for project quality, client satisfaction and team performance
Experience in some of the testing tools such as Win Runner, Load Runner, QTP, Silk, etc.
Candidate Profile
Proven track record in Testing Services (minimum 7 years of relevant experience)
- Lead, plan, implement and deploy testing strategies and activities across projects and groups on a global level
- Implement testing standards, policies and procedures and ensure quality and on time delivery
- Well versed with testing methodologies, manual and automated testing, and testing practices
- Good understanding of onsite/ offshore models
