* Hold the responsibility of the entire QA process for all the products and projects.
* Use suitable Testing methodology applicable at different stages of software development like Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptability Testing, etc.
* Use appropriate tools suitable for different test methods during the SDLC.
* Preparing detailed Test cases and Test reports for different products and client projects.
* Coordinating with the Offshore/ Remote Teams on Test processes and assuring the optimum product quality.
Candidate Profile
* B. E/ B. Tech/ B. Sc/ MCM/ MCA (preferably in Computer Science/ I. T)
* 2- 4 years core experience of Quality Assurance in Web Based Application Environment.
* Hands on Experience with Test Tools like Winrunner, Load Runner, Silk Test.
* Excellent Understanding of the entire Software Development Life Cycle.
* Excellent Understanding in design, development and implementation of solutions that employ leading edge Microsoft technologies.
* Strong problem solving, judgment and decision making. Strong mentoring and counseling skills on software engineering.
* Domain knowledge in E-commerce, SCM and CRM will be an added advantage.
* Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
