The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans, promotional materials, lead generation and online/ direct mail marketing efforts to support industry leading eLearning initiatives, training, services, and a variety of other programs. The Marketing Manager will report to the direcor and will work directly with senior management, product/ support managers, and editorial and marketing staff.

Responsibilities include:
Executing and expanding our industry-leading eLearning initiatives through permission based email campaigns, direct mail, affinity programs, content placement, viral marketing, website promotion, events, cross-promotion through company products and services and partnerships.
Executing a marketing strategy for promoting online research and training
List acquisition, segmentation, data mining.
Spearheading the acquisition of strategic partnerships/ affinity programs as a new medium to market services, products and training.
Managing company web presence for lead generation and online marketing efforts.
Reporting and analysis of marketing impact.
