The person will be holding responsibility of more than one software development projects and should be able to handle a team of four to five programmers.
The responsibilities include:
1. Cutomer interaction and specification gathering
2. Desiging and modularization of Project
3. Team leading

Should have knowledge of:
1.. Net 2. 0 or 3. 0 programming in C#, VB. Net
2. Familiar with SQL Server (preferred - 2005)
3. Knowledge of C++ or Perl/ CGI will be an advantage
